COMMERCIAL WINDOW FILM SOLUTIONS
Reduce heat, glare and UV exposure while improving comfort and energy efficiency. Options range from nearly clear ceramic and spectrally selective films to dual-reflective and low-E, so you can control heat without changing how the building looks.

Bonds security film directly to the window frame so the pane stays anchored in the opening. Required on most institutional security projects.

Security film with wet glaze attachment slows smash-and-grab attempts by keeping the pane in the frame while someone keeps hitting it. Anti-graffiti film takes the tagging and etching instead of the glass itself and when it's hit, we replace the film rather than the window.

Solar film and office window tinting cut heat and glare so west-facing suites stay usable through the afternoon, and take load off HVAC systems fighting a losing battle in August. Decorative and smart film handle conference room privacy without blinds. DI-NOC refreshes dated lobbies, reception desks, doors and elevator interiors without a renovation budget or a shutdown.
For multi-tenant buildings, we work with property managers on both building-wide standards and individual tenant requests.

For interior refreshes between concepts, 3M DI-NOC resurfaces bars, booths, columns and walls without demolition and without closing for a renovation.

Courthouses, city halls, police and fire facilities, libraries, water and utility offices. Buildings where the public has access forced entry shows up as a real design consideration. Wet glaze attachment reinforces vulnerable glass at entries and ground-level openings. Solar film reduces energy costs on the large glass elevations these buildings tend to have, and privacy film protects sensitive areas and interior offices.

Replacing commercial glass means new units, new labor, permits in some cases, and days of disruption. In most cases film addresses the same problem for a fraction of the cost, installed after hours or over a weekend.
Commercial projects aren't all the same. One building needs heat reduction on a west-facing storefront. Another needs security film and wet glazing at every entry. An office needs privacy film on conference rooms, while an outdated lobby could be completely refreshed with 3M DI-NOC. We look at the building, the glass and what you're actually trying to accomplish before recommending anything. If film isn't the right answer, we'll tell you.
